The Raceday Stewards interviewed A.S. Grant, rider of Minaun View (GB), concerning his use of the whip in the closing stages of this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned who accepted that he was in breach of the relevant regulation and apologised for his actions. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that A. S. Grant was in breach of Regulatioin 10.3.g (excessive frequency) and having considered his record in this regard (first offence) the Raceday Stewards suspended A. S. Grant for two racedays.
The Raceday Stewards informed Patrick J. McKenna, trainer of Brosna Green, that a repeat performance from his charge, who reared and unseated leaving the stalls, may render the animal liable to a suspension in the future
329C Russell Williamson Cauchemar H'capThe Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Undefeatable, trained by Kevin Michael Smith, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to be lame on its left fore.
J. Pietropaolo, rider of Cavalier Approach, trained by Maurice Andrew Ahern, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount ran free throughout.
Adam Caffrey, rider of Nikki Swango, trained by Adrian McGuinness, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount hung right throughout.
329D Christmas Party Nights Nursery H'capJ. Kearney, rider of Up To Ninety, trained by Jack W. Davison, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount hung badly left throughout.

Browne McMonagle, rider of Pass The Buck, trained by Joseph Patrick O'Brien, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount was very slowly away, did not travel early and met with traffic when he started to run on in the closing stages.
329G Floodlit Fridays At Dundalk Stadium M'dnW.J. Lee, rider of Seti One (USA), trained by W. McCreery, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount stopped quickly.
The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Seti One (USA), trained by W. McCreery, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.
Ms Kate Harrington, Authorised Representative for Mrs John Harrington, trainer of Ben Lawers (GB), reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that her charge scoped badly post race.
